What to Expect
ONSITE KICK-OFF MEETING 1 HOUR
This is the first meeting with your project manager & design team. They will meet with you onsite to explain the process, ask you a bunch of questions, answer any questions you might have, and most importantly gather your preferences in order to finalize your designs.
VIRTUAL DESIGN SESSION 1 HOUR
Your second meeting will also be with your project manager & design team. You will review 3-D renderings that your designer creates specifically to your selections and to your room’s dimensions, based on your onsite visit. The goal of this meeting is to finalize all design decisions, so that we can finalize all details & final pricing.
DESIGN TIMELINE
DESIGN REVIEW 1-4 DAYS
The type of room, the scope of work, and your design decisions all determine when you can expect this update. If there are any outstanding design decisions or required revisions, they should be finalized in the two weeks following your Design Session.
You’ll have up to (1) revision to finalize and approve your design.
FINAL CALL FROM OUR TEAM 15-30 MINUTES
Final call to confirm any outstanding construction or materials decisions. This call ensures that your project will stay on track for your break ground date reserved with the contractor, pending building approval.
PROCUREMENT 2-3 WEEKS
After finalizing your design (and obtaining building permit approval, if necessary) we will send the second invoice. The completion of the first invoice starts the planning & procurement (purchasing and delivery) phase. Bathrooms: 2 -3 weeks for all fixtures and materials.
PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS VARIABLE
Our process works best when you make selections from the vendors we have provided. If you do want something outside of our selections, we will order it on your behalf. Please limit these substitutions to three per bathroom.
